Kotlin v2.3.20-RC3 addresses critical tooling issues for Kotlin/Wasm and Kotlin/Native development. This release fixes a missing dependency in the Wasm tooling setup and corrects an erroneous deprecation marking for iOS x64 targets in the Gradle plugin.
