Kotlin Multiplatform v1.13.0-alpha01 Release Notes & Developer Guide

Compose Multiplatform 1.13.0-alpha01 brings major desktop startup performance improvements via AppCDS and AOT support, along with stabilization of ComposeViewportConfiguration for Web. iOS gains Dynamic Type accessibility scaling and improved preferred-size reporting for embedded Compose views, while Web receives LazyLayout prefetching and numerous accessibility and input fixes.
